Ready to release

• alignments checked on all page, font sizes consistent, placement of opening text on each scene done in code to insure alignments
• font sizes for sounds and status displays made consistent
• start and stop buttons expanded to help differentiate from begin and end timers
• controls are all hidden when in operation if they can not be used while exercise underway (all but Live)
• screen copy proofed
• web help pages verified for all scenes (web pages still need work)
